Gut Health Workshop
In this workshop, I discussed ways to create a healthy gut to build a strong immune system. We focused on very practical and effective tips that any busy professional can start following today to increase their energy levels, sleep better, improve digestion and fight seasonal colds. In recent times many people have access to various gut friendly foods and spices ( cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, ginger…). So the message here is that you don’t need to spend a humongous amount of money in health stores as most of your immune system’s allies are sitting in the kitchen waiting to be picked and used
