Delivery Information

We’re now delivering fresh nationwide.

We are now able to deliver your orders to almost everywhere in the UK.

2. Next Day Delivery – £7 except weekends

Next day delivery is available for all orders that don’t contain fresh food items, except for some postcodes in the islands and highlands. Check our postcode exclusions for next day delivery at the bottom of this page.

Place your order before 12pm (midday) and choose Next Day delivery at checkout. Your order will then be delivered the following day.

We will aim to dispatch same day for orders placed by 12 pm Mon-Fri, orders placed on Sat, Sun will be dispatched on following Monday.

Deliveries take 2-3 working days and delivered between 8am – 9pm (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays)

All other orders will be subject to delivery charges as detailed in Section 6.

3. Click and Collect

We provide a Click & Collect service with safe contact less collection from our Mihealthcare group Office.

How it works:

  • Complete your online shopping on our website and select an option for local pickup and select available slots on the day whichever you prefer before checkout and complete the payment.
  • You will receive a confirmation email about your order and you will see delivery method is local pickup.
  • You will receive a text message if you have provided your mobile number and an email when your order is ready for collection and you can pick up from the time slot you have booked.

We require your order invoice and a proof of identity when you come for collection from our warehouse.

4. Geographical limitations

4.1. We will usually be able to deliver to the following countries and territories: [England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland].

4.2. We may from time to time agree to deliver products to other countries and territories.

4.3. At present we can’t deliver to the following post code areas

IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17- 26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25, PO30-41.

5. Delivery methods and periods

5.1. The methods that we use to deliver our products, and the time periods within which delivery is usually completed, are as follows:

5.1.a. If your delivery address is on the United Kingdom mainland, you will be able to select standard delivery and the typical period for delivery of products by this method is 2-3 working days.

5.1.b. If you place an order on Friday-Sunday, your items will be delivered on next Tuesday (Excluding bank holidays).

5.2. If you place your order by 4pm GMT/BST on a working day, these time periods run from the close of business on that day; if you place your order after [4pm GMT/BST] on a working day, or on a non-working day, these time periods run from the close of business on the next following working day.

5.3. The delivery periods set out in this Section 4 are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the stated period.

6. Delivery charges

6.1. Delivery charges will be calculated and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process, or alternatively quoted by us.

6.2. Applicable delivery charges will depend upon the delivery method you select, the location of the delivery address, and the size and weight of the products in your order.

7. Delivery tracking

7.1. Delivery tracking is available in respect of all orders for our products.

7.2. To track your delivery, enter [your order number (which is provided in your order confirmation email)] into our delivery service provider’s website.

8. Receipt and signature

8.1. All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature must be provided.

8.2. Our delivery service provider will notify you in advance of attempting to make a delivery requiring signature.

9. Additional deliveries

9.1. If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service provider will make [at least 1 more attempt] to deliver the products in your order.

10. Collection

10.1. If your products remain undelivered despite our delivery service provider making [at least 1 more attempt] to deliver them, the delivery service provider will leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your products, including a time limit for collection.

11. Delivery problems

11.1. If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us at enquires@gloryedwardorganic.com

11.2. If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for redelivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free of charge).

11.3. An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:

a. You provided the wrong address for delivery;

b. There is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;

c. The address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;

d. The address for delivery cannot safely be accessed;

e. If in-person receipt is not required, there is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery; or

f. If in-person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.

Standard Delivery – £7.00

Standard Delivery is available for all postcodes in the UK for all orders that don’t contain fresh food items. Your items will be delivered within three to five working days of placing your order.
