For Me, Cooking is an Exercise in Passion, Relaxation, and Creativity. For Others, It’s a Tedious, Time-consuming Chore.
Personal chef services starts with an in-person meeting with me to get a better understanding of your dietary and culinary needs and desires. I am experienced with special diets including plant-based, vegan, vegetarian, keto, gluten-free, and Paleo.
After you and I discuss your dietary guidelines for you (and possibly your family), I will email custom menu options a few days before the cooking or prepping session, which will allow you to make any changes that you may need.
Along with these packages, I do offer special services that are customized and/or relevant to the client for an additional hourly rate. These services include:
- Pantry clean-up
- Grocery store tour
- Cooking demonstrations
- Meal preparation
Whether your goal is to improve your relationship with food, heal gut issues, or lose weight, I will be by your side to help you feel your best, eat mindfully, and leave any stress associated with food and dieting behind. After all, we will create a sustainable lifestyle for you, not a fad diet. Together we will set realistic goals, a step-by-step plan on how to achieve them, and a plan to maintain them in your new lifestyle.
